Does anyone know whether you can freeze tzatziki ?
I don't think it's the yoghurt that would be a problem, but what about the cucumber in it ?

I think the cucumber will turn to a watery mush when it's defrosted - I wouldn't!

I can't really see the point of freezing anything that can be made in less than fifteen minutes.
No it wouldnt work, cos the frozen food boys would have done it already!!!

HH - it's only because I've got a surplus of Q's (& don't like wasting food, but couldn't think of anything else to do with 'em!)
