I bought glass noodles with spring onion at Asda and prawns , got lots of veg at home, usual boring type plus aubergine, courgette & mouli, mushrooms etc.
How do I make Singapore Noodles for dinner tonight pls ? help appreciated.

I have followed Delia's recipe before and found it very tasty.

Go the chippy and ask for Singapore Chow Mein. Far easier.
