I am stuck on the final three questions, all answers are types of food.
Gives support on Lake Titicaca? ( 8,7)
Sounds like ghostly remains ( 7 )
Throw off the fish ( 8 )

The first is floating islands. The Uros Islands in Lake Titicaca are made by bundling reeds together and can be towed to different locations. One way of avoiding neighbours you don't like! It is also the name of a dish, I think in French cuisine.
