Complaining to the "Man at the Top"

How do you complain to someone in authority! Mr Tesco Mr Sainsbury Mr Marks & Spencer etc! I want to make an issue with MSC Cruises
I have told my "story" to five different people and still no satisfaction! Where are who do I complain to!

The MD of MSC Cruises UK and Ireland is Giulio Libutti at the Registered Office: 165 The Broadway, London, SW19 1NE

Failing that you complain to ATOL

First of all I agree with you! These people are so hard to reach! Imagine if you were writing to them to say they were going to get the authorities on them - I bet then they'd take notice!

Second, I would write to real life mags like Pick Me Up, Chat etc. They LOVE that stuff and you could get paid for it.

Lastly if you wanted to sue them or something like that you could write to, as Ethel said, the MD.
