registering marriage in uk

i was married in Senegal Africa i want to know if i need to register the marriage here and how long have i got in which to do it and how much does it cost and can you also tell me where i have to go to get this done thank you Laura

As long as the marriage was legal in the country it was performed then you dont need to do anything.
