pumpkin pie
Borscht to start with....looks really bloody.
Bloody Mary cocktails first, of course.

Canneloni...looks like dead men's fingers

Still working on a sweet.
Prawn cocktails with the prawns made to look like maggots.

Or something like a large ground pink crab cake with prawns coming off like fingers off a palm, you could put something spooky on the palm. You could always use a dollop of marie rose sauce to make the palm as well.

A thick red soup to resemble blood or greeen to resemble goo.

You could do baked fish, slit the fish to open in a coffin like shape and put something like veg to rememble something in the coffin, could also use a baked aubergine for this.

I do wonder about my imagination sometimes!!!

Noodles could look like brains, you could get rice noodles and dye them.

Boiled eggs could make the basis for eyeballs.
oh Jenna you are a horror lol

great ideas !
Is it an 'All Grown Up' dinner party?
If there are going to be kids there I always make "Eyeball Jelly". Place a raisin or sultana in the holes of lychees then pop them in the liquid jelly mixture (either red or green is most effective) and leave to set in the fridge. Looks just like eyeballs when its set. kids (and adults) love it
Pumpkin Soup,
Beef and pumkin mash with chicken gravy (good wine too!)
Pumpkin ice cream

Hope it helps! :)
pickled spider,

boiled bats,

vinegar soaked bones,

jellies witch noses,
