how long do you have to wait to retake a driving test if your license is revoked?
hi,
my partner got caught driving without any insurance the other day, he was given a fine of 200pounds, his car confiscated and 6 points on his license. He has only been driving for a year, what i want to know is, will his license definately be revoked? even if it means he will lose his job because of it? (i know it will be his own fault as he shouldn't be driving without insurance, he missed his last payment and has an annoying habit of not reading his mail to see they'd cancelled the policy) And if his license is revoked how long will he have to wait to retake his test?
any help would be great thanks

possibly because any new driver (under 2 years) who gets 6 points or more gets their license revoked!!
