It sounds like she wanted answers from the coroner as to why her son had died,she didn't really need to ask though as anyone with half a brain knows that sexual excitement causes the blood pressure to rise and could lead to problems in anyone with heart disease.

He could have gotten excited from any number of things...was he to avoid all potential stress.......and he was a young man. Excitement connected to sexual thoughts could have happened at any time.
