Can i continue the Divorce using these papers or do i need to get them changed to my Maiden name? I would really appreciate some help soon as i need to send it back within 7 days!!! Also my job title is incorrect does this make any difference??

We have nothing to split so we are trying to do this as cheaply as possible!!

Why would you feel the need to change your name back to your maiden name by deed poll. Surely a solicitor would have told you that it was unnecessary, you could have just started using your maiden name without the expense you have been through.
Secondly, the name used on the divorce petition is the name you were known by whilst you were married, it doesn't matter what you call yourself now, as long as it isn't to commit an offence or defraud someone.
your job title really is irrelevant, as you could change jobs at any time, so dont worry about trivial details like these.
As long as the details about wedding dates, who you are and the reasons for the divorce, eg breakdown of marriage, adultery etc are correct, you shouldn't have any problems.

Hope everything goes smoothly for you
