I thought 3 might be 'rhubarb crumble' - what do you think?

I would just put crumble sjb the clue doesn't indicate rhubarb and there is also apple or any of the various types of crumble. I am a bit puzzled at clue No 2 is the ? the word you are looking for ?

I thought that rhubarb' might refer to 'utter' when used on stage for pretend talking, but maybe not...

The ? is at the start of number 2, so it must be part of the clue and answer, but I know not how or why.....
