Renault Clio 1.4 16v - 51 Reg- car is shaking???

My sister bought a Renault Clio 1.4 16v - 51 Reg recently and the other night, the coolant warning light and Stop light came on, the car was driving really funny, difficult to get past 30mph?! Now if you switch the car on the coolant warning light come on straight away and the car is shuddering inc the gear stick?? its in idle... whats going on?

whhhoo picked a gooden there m8 this might be the same as my car..mine was the cam shaft an the spark plugs the ht leads an the dizzy and rotor arm or you could have a cracked block or a head gasket gone gearbox messed up or the mounts the motor sits on have worn causing the motor and the gearbox to sit at diffrent hights or i could be wrong an it could be summin simple as a lose wire or a blocked carb or a cracked manafold didnt realy give you much advise realy did i lol..
