Does anyone know how & where to apply for 'Non Disclosure Of Evidence' papers? I've been told now that you can ask for these by law.

Kat can you be a little more specific please as to what you are looking for. Criminal and civil differ. And civil differs depending on what track you are on.

Criminal. I know of someone who is serving time for a crime they did NOT commit. I was told to ask for these papers at an 'INNOCENT' meeting where i could look at police notebooks etc on this matter but i can't remember who to ask?
