I think she is the funniest character in any soap at the moment. Her delivery of lines never fails to make me chuckle.

Well tiggerblue10 I totally agree with you. She is hilarious.I know she is given the lines but it is how she delivers them combined with her screwed up sour face. Long may we enjoy watching her.

well I remember her playing a part in the series with taggart, she was his mam i think! or was she in When the boat comes in? It's one of those anyway, Sam it was called, think she played Sam's mum.

It's difficult to imagine her having a proper life away from the street. I wonder what she's like in real life. I often think the same about Emily.

She appeared as a policewoman in Corrie in 1961 and a few years later as a shoplifter !! She has also appered in Goodnight Sweetheart, Heartbeat and Peak Practise
