Is there a way of deleting all previous email addresses on emails that have been forwarded to you so that they are not passed on to the next recipient?

yes, when you press forward and before you send it, highlight all the addresses and press delete, sometimes it only lets you delete a few rows at a time but they can be deleted.

Then when you forward your emails put names in the bcc column and all your email address of whom you send to won't show up.
