The clip of Diana Vickers on X Factor singing Call Me is now up on YouTube. It's brilliant.

Until Saturday, I thought that all the contestants were pants, but little Diana was just fab.

Defo Laura for me, with either Ruth or Alexandra as runner up.

I think Cheryl Cole is a very attractive, genuine kind of girl, but agree about the accent. My husband thinks she's gorgeous!

I liked Dirty Diana too - but other than that, she hasn't lived up to my expectations of her.

One of my favourite songs so far has to be Ruth's rendition of Purple Rain - brilliant. But there's no way a senorita will be voted in to win over our home-grown talent though. But it does amuse me to see Simon slaver over Ruth... now he's on the open market again, maybe he'll make a play for her once x-factor is over??!!!

I too love watching Simon's face when Ruth comes on - he definitely has a 'thing' about her!

yes JJ - very naughty, it being Monday 'n all. I don't normally wake up properly until at least mid-week.

But I didn't "get any" this weekend; could explain it. I spent my saturday night in all billy-no-mates watching.... you guessed it... Strictly & X-F.

Aww, salla ... !!

Actually, I was home alone on Saturday, as well. I hated it.

But I had been to watch The Seagulls during the afternoon (thrashed Millwall, hooray), and gone out for a few drinks and an early meal out, so I shouldn't moan.

And, in desparation, I ended up watching X Factor ... where I saw the fab little Diana ...

... and, like you, drooled over Cheryl C.

Salla, wasn't ashley cole caught up in a gay sex scandal a few years ago? Your cole-bananas-cole sandwich mightn't be quite what you'd expect.

She was rumoured to be the crack smoking notch that Mike Skinner sang about once aswell.

Who knows.

Either way, sounds like a fun way to spend a weekend :-)

I don't think Ruth sounds any different from a thousand other senoritas you hear singing all around the holiday resorts in sunny spain. I suppose I just don't like female singers with screamy, nasal voices!
