Am I receiving Minimum wage? (uk)
I recently noticed the raise in minimum wage was more than my basic pay and brought this up with my manager. He said that including the gift vouchers I receive every 3 months (providing I am not off sick as there's no Company Sick Pay Scheme) and the Annual Bonus which I have just received then I am receiving more than the Minimum but there is a pay review in March 09 so those will tide me over til then.
Is this right? I've read online that benefits in kind do not count towards the NMW but incentives and bonuses do. So now I'm not sure what to do.
