hello all, my name was given by my dad when he was stopped for no insurance, he does not speak proper english, he was issued with the producer, do i get points for thAt?

Just produce at your local station. They won't know who was in the car. Don't tell them it wasn't you. If all is well no points.

red your right, best come clean I think Dart cant get done but his Dad can.

Dart could then get done for letting his dad drive his car without insuranc can't he? Either that or he'd have to claim his dad should be charged for taking without consent.
