Gas and Electricity Bills

Anyone got a good 'cheap' supplier, we have just switched from Brit.Gas to Scottish Power, when we joined up with S.P we were told our monthly payment would be half what we paid to Brit.Gas, only had one bill from them and we are paying the same!
