Keep a good can of dry shampoo in your car so you don't have to drive home with your head out of the window. Also, teach him a good recall and learn the signs that tell you he is about to roll so you can call him away. My dog sniffs, then licks whatever it is, then moves alongside in a particular way. If I can tell him know in time, SOMETIMES he will just pee on whatever it is.

we get foxes round here and all of our dogs have occasionally rolled in the muck....gross!! We have never managed to stop it entirely but we have certainly made our views felt when they do it and this has helped to make it a rarer treat!
