That is because we, the consumer and customer, expect an answer at any time of day or night when we call the company; we demand to be able to shop round the clock and factories have worked the continental shift pattern for many years to maximise production, reducing overall costs in order to compete with imports, because we, the customer, demand cheap goods.

i hardly ever see 10.0am nowadays, with such a buzy lifestyle I need to sleep a little bit longer now..
