No, I'm not the Editor.

I am, as has been advised, the longest serving member of the AB community.

I state that as a fact - someone has to be the oldest, and it's me - not because i think this confers any kind of superiority or seniority at all, but just to clarify some of the earlier answers.

I made an observation after dizeerascal was very unkind to a poster sharing some good news. i thought his reaction was unkind and unecessary, so I took issue with him.

He doesn;t appear to have taken my advice - which is fine by me!

Andy, this same user was rude to anotjer poster so I am in ttal agreement, there was no reason for it

Best thing for all to do is ignore any stupid posts this person makes in future.
And if they are rude to you, then report to the ED.
Get rid of rubbish by disposing of it in the sin-bin.
