Joeyshall ydo answered this question. He mentions a book he owns which is what I am looking for. I would like to get the title of the book and where it can be purchased.

The original question was however, whether anybody knows a website where Gardiners exercise- b are shown as picture files.

I've spent ages trying to find the remaining english into egyptian exercise answers, but it appears that the one site that has closed down.
