Tess, I am afraid animals for humane reasons have to be transported early from the farms down to wherever they might be going, especially in the summer. I think you must accept that we can't all expect 8 hrs unbroken sleep. Life has to go on and there are things that happen between when we go to bed and wake up. I have sugar beet harvesters and lorries working all night in the autumn and pea viners, and combine harvesters. Life can't stop because of me.
6.30am is not the middle of the night, a couple of minutes of barking is not very long. You would have cause to complain if the dogs were kennelled outside and barked all night on and off, but you really do not have anything to complain about.
Sorry, I don't feel sorry for you at all.
(And like Baileybird I love the screeching owls that wake me night after night!)
