On this Azed 1901 puzzle ther eis one clue I am baffled about:
One's can crooked, inebriate (5)
and I think the letters are ANC_N.
The only word that would fit is ANCON; but that is a kind of cornice and doesn't seem to fit.
Any help?

I also had ANCON but wasn't sure if it was right, are you sure of poinciana because if so I have something in the wrong place!

Ancon can also mean Elbow and I took inebriated to mean
'Elbow bending'
