others like The Book People

i have submitted this qu in Shopping but perhaps it would have been better here!
what is the name of that book distrubution company like the The Book People, who leave samples in staffrooms and offices etc and then you order the books which get dropped of at the same place again. my place of work have the Book People and one other. i know it is not Red house. Any ideas, cos i missed an order and now am hoping to go to their website to access it!

Could be Index Books. They bring stuff into my workplace. I don't think you can order online from them though if my memory serves me correctly.

Index Books covers two or three different companies, one of which is QPD.
