Not that I know of. Are you thinking of the city centre or outside?

The city centre has loads of beauty places and tonnes of nail bars all of a sudden.

You could try local hairdressers to see if there is space to use to benefit both your businesses and attract each other's clients.

My hairdresser also did eyebrows and facials and nails so while I was waiting for my hair I'd often get looking at the beauty stuff and get tempted and have something done.

Similar with the place I go now, I went in initially for having my eyebrows done and now have facials, pedicures, massages etc...
