Sea clay wraps ! Do they really work and make you lose inches ? I am getting married 7 weeks today and want help with weight issues...I am dietiung and exercising but want that little extra push...any ideas .cheers

If you have the money why not get colonical irrigation done!!! it cleans you out and takes pounds off, trust me it will benifit you! or do it your self by drinking loads of salt water in one day (dont go overboard) and that washes you out!

heres another one......dont eat after 6o'clock on a night!!! good luck for the wedding!!!
