ok i got another one 4 ya

'state TWO ways in which the structure of the wall of the bronchus would be different in a long term smoker.'

i put that the cilia die so mucus builds up...but i need another one :s

Hmm, I'd suggest you put down that cilia die because of tar build up and this leads to increased mucus production.

Others include increase in Reid's Index (look it up!), hypertrophy of submucosal glands, loss of alvoelar tissue which directly causes decreased surface for gaseous exchange and loss of elastic lung fibres.

Take your pick!
