company not being fair

Hi the company i work for has about 2000 stores on boxing day they want some of their stores to open at 8/8.30 am the other stores wont open untill 11 am is this fair in any way as some of us feel discriminated against as they seem to be putting profits first .

Why are you being discriminated against? You will either close earlier or earn more than the staff in shops that are opening later so I can't see the problem. Its something you have to put up with working in retail - I've got to work Christmas Eve and New Years Eve night in a shop when I would rather be in the pub but its tough, it falls on my rostered day so I will have to work it.
