I am having mixed seafood in a light tomato sauce with white wine, chillies, fresh tomatoes, garlic and fresh parsley served with spaghetti and garlic bread on the side.
Leftovers. Again.
But no meat - only veggies, yorkies & gravy.
I can always add a Porkinsons sausage I have hanging around somewhere in the recesses of my fridge>
I'm having spaghetti carbonara with chicken breast. Regretting it a bit as I said my 10 year old son can cook it and I promised I'd only instruct and not take over.

I've just eaten a delicious portion of slowly baked, elongated Nadine's lightly topped with black pepper accompanied by two lightly oiled and shallow fried chicken ovals. Yum!
