I tried to forward an email + slide show attachment. When it reached the recipient it was a completely different set of pictures (which were also on my computer under a different title). Tried again, sending it as a new email + attachment from My Documents - same result. A friend tried to send it, and the same thing happened. Each time I tested the attachment before sending it, and it was the correct one. Any suggestions as to what might have happened, please?

"Slide show attachment"? What's the file type? (Which program created the slide show?)

If you just attach photos, presumably that is OK?

It's a Powerpoint presentation created by a colleague. I don't have powerpoint myself, but have always been able to save the attachments to My Pictures, then to My Documents, and open them from there. When I clicked on the attachment from the Sent folder, it was fine. (The wrong set of pictures is also a powerpoint presentation)
How can you open a PowerPoint presentation if you don't have PowerPoint? Which program does the PowerPoint presentation open in?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by 'which programme'. I must have downloaded Powerpoint at some stage when the first attachment was sent - it wasn't installed on my computer originally. It's microsoft Office, but I don't think that's what you want to know.
