hi lil23, best advice is be yourself.Show then that you can make difficult decisions, be empathatic and lead by example. You need to set yourself above the normal team members and not come across as too bossy as well. Smile and relax and I am sure you will do well, Hxx

Good luck! Just try and think of any questions they may ask and prepare your answers. These might be:

Why do you think you are a good candidate for the position and what qualities can you bring?
What would you say you are best and worst at?
Why do you want this job?
