Please, if you haven't already, try and get yourself a copy of the DVD of series 1 of KYTV.
Should be quite easy to get off ebay - usually comes up about once every 2-3 days.
Geoff was an absolute giant in TV comedy, albeit predominantly behind the camera rather than in front of it, but KYTV was his best performance on screen.
However, for me, is radio series RadioActive, which he co-wrote with Angus Deayton, was, for me, by far his best ever work.
It's more difficult to get hold of the original recordings although a highlights compilation cassette can still be purchased if you search for it online.
I only heard about Geoff's death myself last week when I read about it in Radio Times re the above mentioned Comedy Connections programme and I was deeply shocked, still am.
He was one of those people who had a sense of comedy which I felt was on exactly the same level as my appreciation of it. I miss him and I never met him. Very, very sad.
