children in need

we're supposed to 'dress down' for children in need but would like to wear something for the day......any suggestions?

I have to face the public so it cannot be OTT

I was going to suggest a schoolgirl.

I remember doing a charity tour for Children in Need years ago and striding up and down Brighton high street with a collection tin, dressed in a basque, fishnets and hotpants, oh those were the (much thinner lol) days.
