Right i am having continuous problems with the local bus company, there drivers are late by at least 15 minutes each morning which means we run into rush hour traffic.
This means i am late to work, not a big issue i have understanding bosses.
I have complained to the bus company but feel I'm banging my head against a wall!Who else can i complain to?? Apart from you guys??

Maybe if you get an earlier bus that is in fact 15 minutes late you will get to work on time ?
I'd be tempted to just get an earlier bus.

Hum i do work in a hostel, but there is never a spare bed!!
The bus i catch is the earliest at 7:32 (or when they dane to make an appearence!).
I travel 13 miles to and from work, the evening bus is ok never on time but im gettin used to that one.
I aint old you the best bit yet 2 weeks ago when on the bus we came across a car accident and the good samaritan had stopped the traffic, quite rightly and the bus driver had a go at him!!!!
Without looking at the link but as a bus driver of almost 20 years I can tell you that your complaint will amount to nothing.
The Traffic Commisioner is'nt interested in buses that are late so long as they operate so for example if the 0732 scheduled service leaves at 0747 it's still operated if it left at 0730 then there'd be trouble.
Your best bet would be to complain to the depot manager continually and blame him vociferously depending on the firm you'll get free journey vouchers, also retain your tickets or record the time it arrives and every week show the depot manager make him sort it out.
Don't worry about the driver we have a saying "there's a thousand reasons for being late, none for being early".
Everton has it right - the bus driver cannot win, as he/she is absolutely not allowed to run early. You would be furious if you missed it because of that.

However if something delays the service, he/she is not allowed to speed and catch up time.
