Strange animal the cat!!!

My cat has just eaten half my portion of fish from the chippie,just the fish not the batter, but if i get fresh fish gives her a bit, not blinking interested!!!

my cat won't eat cat meat but will happily devour anything else. I mean anything I caught her eating chips the other day .

Our old mog turned his nose up at fresh prawns and tuna, but would go crazy for poppadoms, marmite, and sweetcorn!!

I think it's something to do with the fat content, they like fatty stuff don't they?

Mine goes after all sorts, anything I have always seems to be so much more interesting than anything which he has.

The wierdest thing is he loves the thin plastic wrappings from cigarette packets!?!?!?

I never smoke in the flat, only ever outside but have had to rescue a couple from his chops and make sure any others are all stashed away out of his reach.

A friend of ours had a cat who was a plastic bag fetishist... He used to get inside carrier bags, stand on them with his front paws and 'squeak' his nose up on the plastic! Very odd!

I was once owned by a cat that loved Chinese chicken curry,she would climb onto the plate to get it and got quite nasty when pushed away,she would even eat the onions in it.She didn't do it with any other curry though.

murphy is quite convinced that anything i'm eating is going to be something she'll like, she has to come and have s sniff of whatever it is, just to make sure. but she's funny with fish as well, if i buy her any she won't eat it, but if i'm eating it then she have some
