On disability benefit but do not qualify for free dental treatment, will any of the dental universitys do the work i need doing for free?

unlikely - dont most of them go into general praactice to do their practicing? plus the teaching hospitals are few and far between, and surely you would spend more in transport than dental fees saved? The most you will ever pay on the nhs is �198 no matter how many teeth need treating, or dentures or crowns, as long as they are in 1 course of treatment. Most treatment is covered by a band 2 charge which is around �45 pounds, and simple check ups and xrays cost �16.
If you are on a low income you may qualify under the help with health costs scheme - either get a leaflet from the post office or from http://www.dh.gov.uk/helpwithhealthcosts

if you live in london or dont mind travelling guys hospital.do all dental treatments free of charge.
