I have been given a second hand Neff dishwasher (can't afford a new one) and there is no manual with it.

Is there anywhere I could buy or (preferably download) a version of this manual? I've tried googling but can't find anything.

The model number is s4130f0gb/03 but I assume a similar model would have a similar manual that I could use.

Airlocked domestic water system?

Nope, can't find anything there either! As you said, the posted links don't work and all I can get on that site is a login page with no option to register.

My model number above has zeroes (as posted in the question)

Finally got to that site through another link, I've already tried that and they do not hold the manual that I am looking for (the model number above is correct)

Why dont you send them an email? Either that or describe the controls and we'll find a similar manual?

I found it myself in the end, it took more than 30 seconds of digging!
