Hey my question is my bf was in a fight but he didnt cause it an the other man was being a p***K all night an kept bumping into people an he was thrown out of a pub b4 gettin into a fight wit my bf!!well heres the story we were all out in a small village in england an we were having a brilliant time in a small pub an i was meetin all his friends an having a brill time wen this big fella starts bumping into all of us while walkin by so we all jus ignored him an later on that night we were comin out of d pub wen d fella an his friend followed us out of the pub an the fella start pickin on my bf's friend so my bf goes over an trys to stop it cuz he was helpin his friend an den d fella punched my bf an he fell to d ground an had a busted lip so my bf didnt realise he was after caring his bottle of bud out of d pub with him but all of us still had our drinks comin from d pub cuz we were goin up to his friends house an he swung with d bottle in his hand an d fella got the neck of d bottle in his cheek an he ran off but my bf didnt intend to hit him wit d bottle he was jus drunk an retaliated(self defence really) but now my bf is gettin charged wit gbh wit intent an is out on bail til d 10th of next month id really appreciate some information an im sorry i wrote so much but i have to tell d whole story cuz my bf isn a bad person at all an has no previous convictions of violence an im really worried cuz i dont want him to go to prison please get back to me someone!!thanks

well sounds like there were a few of you there so you can all go as witnesses regardless of you all being friends,im sure in court the judge and jury will clearly be able to see that you are all telling the truth about what happened and your boyfriend more than likely get off with it. goodluck im in full support of your boyfriend X
