How can I tell if Im addicted to caffeine?
2 Answers
well, I recon its caffeine because my m8ts call me a coffee addict, I have a cup when I wake up, a cup before dinner, a cup after diner, a cup before and a cup after tea, and a couple of redbull and the drink "restless" and 1 espresso. This has been going on since 7 days ago but yesterday I had a cup when I woke up, but skipped my dinner cups, my hole world got turned upside down, spiked headaches, nausea, shakey, stomach pains, generaly felin like a piece of s***, then I had an espresso and 20 mins later felt great, an I felt relieved. but whenever I think Im gonna quit tomorrow, I feel, worried, anxious, if I just went a couple of hours without it and it was that bad, imagine days without it, why not just spare my self the grief and carry on drinking? So am I addicted? any advice on my situation and what should I do?

I remember my mum and dad switching to decaff a few years ago. They only lasted a few days with the headaches and shakes and went back to full caffinated coffee!
You can get that half and half coffee now, or maybe have a couple of cups of decaff per day and the rest normal coffee.

Yes you are addicted, Mr. cheeky I must ask, if somebody is exhibiting withdrawal doesn't that mean he has a physical addiction?
