Is your dog showing other signs of being in season, or is it just the discharge. If it's only the discharge, then get checked out by the vet, urgently, it could be a sign of pyometria. It's very unusual for her to be in season again in two months. Hope she's OK.

Get her checked, as above it could be pyometra which can be fatal if left unchecked.
