I am buying a squash racket, and I came across this deal which is rele rather good. However, in the description is says he is selling it for 99.99, when the buy it now price claerly states 79.99? I have looked at his feedback and everything appears sound, except for thie point. Surely, the buy it now sign it the legally binding price, so if he has made a mistake for example, he would be obliged to still senf the item under the law?
Thanks

So what's stopping you from buying it?
Go for it and you should receive the invoice for the buy it now price plus p & p. (approx 86)
If they then get back to you saying that it's more, they can't charge you more unless they have stated it anywhere else that they had made an error & would be charging you 99.99 - do read carefully.
If thats the case you can always then not buy & take it up with ebay
Think he must have reduced the price - he has been selling them before - check out completed items- and has only sold 1 (at 79.99) out of the 4 recent listings - he has 2 listed at the moment - if that is the racket you want, and you know that it is a good deal, then i think that the price on the buy it now is what he is looking for.
