Ask them to stop the interest whilst you pay back the overdraft amount at a reasonable amount each month. You will also possibly have to enclose an income and expenditure list too.
Dont fall into the trap of letting one of these debt management services help you out. All they do is write to the creditors on your behalf and negotiate a repayment plan with no interest. But they add their fees on top each month. You can do all of this yourself like I did.
