Greggs Bavarian Slice
5 Answers
Does anyone know how they make the filling in Greggs (formerly Thurstons) Bavarian slice?
It's not cream and it's not a thick custard like you get in a vanilla slice. It's a very light, custardy, creamy, moussy type stuff and is absolutely divine!
Thanks

Anyway, she said it was a simple mixture of cream and custard, so there you go.
