r4 cards

can anyone give me advice on how i can get my r4 card to load games onto my nintendo ds? i have loaded games onto sd card, but when i insert both cards into ds console it keeps saying loading and nothing happens. thanks.

the cards come with software pre-installed, I think the author has not put the operating software on the card and has just put games etc on so it will not work properly.
