Does anyone know of a telephone number other than cancellations(done that 8 times) that i can phone to tell them exactly what i think. Iv had a problem with a faulty line since august and no one is doing anything about it even when i threaten to cancel. I cannot move to another company as i will still have the fault .

Had this problem myself in the end i went in to carphone warehouse who are part of talktalk they rang them for me and surprise surprise the line was up and running the next day
