For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.This is a typical spam / scam email by the looks of it. I get a dozen or more similarly-worded emails like this from complete strangers on a daily basis, along with other complete strangers offering to give me millions of dollars (yeah, right!), and the other tons of typical spam of trying to convince me to by useless junk. I'd suggest you just delete any such emails as quick as possible and to turn on more spam-filtering options! Chances are your email provider has recognized this as a spam / scam type of mail and has automatically put "********" in the email address you see from them to blank it out.
I'd say you should just delete it.
