I ordered a couple of small items online on Monday 17th Nov and the site states orders before 5pm have next business day delivery which was 3.95. I ordered my items around mid-day. They did not arrive the next day so I typed out an email to them yesterday to say this. This morning, my package arrived so hardly next business day delivery. I have emailed them to tell them the goods have arrived and to add that I was not happy regarding the delay. Am I within my rights to ask for a refund of the postage charge? I have ordered from this company in the past and never had any problems and always received next day delivery. your answers would be appreciated. thank you

Sellers cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier.
Only If the package was postmarked with a date later than the day you ordered the item, might you have a case
