What I used to do was file a tiny bit off the brake pads where it touches the caliper. Quite often they'd put too much paint on the brake pad and hence can make it too tight. It is also worth using copper grease on the side/back of the caliper as well. This will prevent it seizing in position and also stop any brake squeel!
