Michael Jackson case
No one could ever possibly know for sure if Michael is 100% guilty or innocent. I for one am completely unsure of what and what not to believe. What are your opinions? Guilty or innocent? Please explain

However why should he be allowed to entice children to his never never land a peadophile would be stopped from creating such a thing so why is he allowed just because he is famous allowed to. I know what people think but dont you think it would have taken a lot of courage for these people to accuse him in the first place, they would have known he can pay for the best defence. Why is it all of a sudden the news are reporting he is in debt, just incasae he loses then he will be sued. I reckon he is guilty he is not as stupid as he is making out to be,

Sorry Joeyshablydo, I missed your question earlier and just saw it when I was doing a wee read through of old questions. I don't have any great definition of weird really, but I was using the word "weird" in a more general sense in that Michael Jackson's lifestyle is certainly not the norm, nor has his whole life been (Neverland, all the image changes, celebrity from childhood, etc etc). That doesn't mean that I think he is guilty of the crime he is accused of. My impression of him being asexual is just a speculation and could be totally wrong. I mean by asexual that he lacks sexual desire. Again, I could be totally wrong and it is for those involved in the case to thoroughly investigate the evidence (as opposed to the speculation).
In the UK you have an assumption of innocence until guilt has been proved beyond reasonable doubt. What strikes me as strange is that a man accused of sexual crimes against children is still allowed access to his own children......surely they should be relocated to a place of safety OR the accused should be banned from staying with them. Whatever the outcome of this case this man's career must now be in ruins but the trial seems to be a bit of a mockery so far. If found not guilty will he be in a position to sue his accusers? This could rumble on for years and only the lawyers will be happy.
he is innocent, however someone close to him needs to let him know that most people in society are uncomfortable with an adult being so caring with children that are not your own and although this is not a crime from the outside he appears to be very close to crossing the line of acceptable behaviour.
